Arizona ProCoat's cleaning process is second to none, implementing the highest standards. Our cleaning contamination level is better then 20.0 Megohms per cm. We verify this with ionic cleanliness testing per NASA-STD-8739.1A. The cleaning of circuit card assemblies is one of the most important processes in applying conformal coating. It ensures the adhesive qualities required, adding to the value by increasing longevity.
For product protection, design and security, color coating available. We now have type UR (urethane), AR (Acrylic), SR (Silicone) and Epoxies with colors; Black, Red, Yellow, Blue and White or any color. All certified applications per Mil-I-46058C, UL746C, IPC-CC-830, IPC610 Rev E and RoHS.

We are trained in all quality and workmanship specs; ANSI ESD S20.20/2007, IPCA610 E, MIL-STD-2000, WS6524, MIL-STD-454, NASA certified for NASA-STD-8739.1A., Coating MIL-I-46058C, IPC-CC-830, Cleaning IPC-HDBK-65, IPC-65, MIL-C-47175A, MIL-STD-810G and UL Ingress Protection Ratings IP61 to IP68 water Spray, Water jets, Water Flooding, Water Dripping and water Immersion to one (1) Meter. All our coating are tested and approved to 5 meters deep in salt water @120F and 32F for 4 hours.
Arizona ProCoat LLC maintains a strict program (ANSI/ESD 20.20) for Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protection. All areas in our facility utilize the lastest in ESD protection equipment including continuous ESD monitoring work surfaces, ionizing air flow and ESD conductive epoxy flooring.
