RFQ Check list

These are some of the questions we will need when quoting your products. This is our customer/product care process, this check list will help with required information. 

• Product type, i.e. circuit card assembly (CCA), Printed wire board (PWB)?
• Coating type and part number if you have it. If you need help selecting just ask.
• Quanity of boards required. Lot size.
• Please provide Assembly Drawing showing CC Req. that has keep out areas (Masking Areas)?
• Internal Quality Specs., written instructions. 
• Turn around time. (our standard is 4-7 days) We can expedite if needed.
• Bonding required?
• Potting?
• Conformal Coating removal?
• We will have your quote done in 24 hours or less.
